We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Architects based in Malvern in the West Midlands, established in 1998.
We generally operate within a 50 mile radius of Malvern, but are happy to undertake work nationwide. We provide services in all aspects of building surveying, including undertaking surveys on residential and commercial properties, dilapidations, condition surveys, reports and advice on building defects, party wall surveyor, CDM, preparation of schedules of work, contract administration, and general building advice.
We also offer a full architectural service on residential properties, historic buildings, commercial properties, and school and sports facilities. This includes all associated design work, planning including all associated advice, submission of applications, etc, detailed design, building regulations and submission of applications, preparation of specifications and schedules of work, invitation of tenders, and contract administration.
